What CONTRACTUBEX is used for?
CONTRACTUBEX is used for treating
- abrasions, cuts or lacerations
- cosmetically disfiguring scars that occur after surgery
- burns
- scar after laser treatments (e.g. tattoo removal)
- traumatic tendon contracture as well as for cicatrical scars (rare disorder that destroy the hair follicle, replace it with scar tissue, and cause permanent hair loss)
- Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
- CONTRACTUBEX is applied few times a day on scar tissue by massage
- In the case of old, hard scars, Contractube can be applied during night with occlusion
- Apply CONTRACTUBEX only to wounds that are already closed
If you use more CONTRACTUBEX
- If you use more CONTRACTUBEX, Contact your doctor
If you forget to take CONTRACTUBEX
- If you forget to use CONTRACTUBEX, use it on the following day as usual
If you stop taking CONTRACTUBEX
- Talk to your doctor before stopping CONTRACTUBEX
