Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine, if you: are allergic to gabapentin, nortriptyline or any of the other ingredients in the medicine have or have had kidney problems or are on hemodialysis have recently had a heart attack are having an operation under general anaesthetic have thyroid problem ever had epilepsy are diabetic have an enlarged prostate have glaucoma or raised intra-ocular pressure are agitated or suffer from schizophrenia have low blood pressure or heart failure have suffered from urinary retention have thoughts of suicide and worsening of your depression or anxiety disorder are an alcoholic
It is not known if Gabator NT 400/10Mg can harm your unborn baby. It can pass into breast milk If you are pregnant or breast feeding or plan to become pregnant, ask advice before taking this medicine.
Do not drive, operate heavy machinery, or do other dangerous activities until you know how Gabator NT 400/10Mg affects you. It can slow your thinking and motor skills.
Tell your healthcare provider if you are taking, any medicines known as monoamine oxidase inhibitors any medicine for your heart or for high blood pressure adrenaline-like drugs including ephedrine, isoprenaline, phenylepherine and phenylpropanolamine medicines including other antidepressants or medicine for bowel complaints, breathing difficulties, bronchitis, glaucoma or prostate trouble levothyroxine antifungal medicines such as fluconazole and terbinafine antihistamines such as astemizole or terfenadine pain killer such as tramadol moclobemide.
