Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine, If you

• are allergic to Aspirin, , Rosuvastatin or to any of the ingredients in this medicine
• are allergic to other salicylates or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
• have had an asthma attack or swelling of some parts of the body
• have or ever had an ulcer in your stomach or small intestine
• ever had the problem of your blood not clotting properly
• are suffering from gout
• have severe liver or kidney problems
• suffer from blood disorder that makes you prone to internal bleeding
• have planned for a surgery 
• have had a clot in an artery of your brain (ischemic stroke)
• have had repeated or unexplained muscle aches or pains
• have thyroid problem
• are over 70 years of age
• have severe respiratory failure
• consume alcohol

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or planning to get pregnant, tell your doctor before taking this medicine
• It is preferable not to take this product during pregnancy
• You should not breast-feed while taking this medicine

• ROSYCAP GOLD is not intended for children under 16 years of age

• ROSYCAP GOLD is less likely to affect your ability to drive and use machines

• sudden wheezing, swelling of your lips, face or body, rash, fainting or difficulties swallowing (severe allergic reaction)
• reddening of the skin with blisters or peeling and may be associated with a high fever and joint pains
• unusual bleeding, such as coughing up blood, blood in your vomit or urine, or black stools
• fever, signs of infection or extreme tiredness
• signs of liver problems such as yellowing of the skin and/or the eyes (jaundice)

• indigestion
• increased tendency for bleeding
• bleeding in the stomach or bowels, bruising, haematoma (unusual bleeding or bruising under the skin), nose bleed, blood in the urine
• headache, stomach pain, constipation, feeling sick, muscle pain, feeling weak, dizziness.
• an increase in the amount of protein in the urine

• hives
• runny nose
• breathing difficulty
• headache
• stomach ulcer
• vomiting
• nausea
• constipation
• excessive gas in stomach or intestines
• rashes, itching, dizziness, sensation of tingling and numbness

• severe bleeding in the stomach or intestines, brain hemorrhage; altered number of blood cells
• cramps in the lower respiratory tract, asthma attack
• inflammation in the blood vessels
• severe rash
• hypersensitivity reactions, such as swelling of e.g. lips, face or body, or shock
• abnormal heavy or prolonged menstrual periods
• vertigo
• enlarged breasts in males
• muscle damage in adults such as any unusual aches or pains in your muscles
• a severe stomach pain (inflamed pancreas)
• increase in liver enzymes in the blood
• bleeding or bruising more easily than normal due to low level of blood platelets

• fever, breathing difficulties sometimes associated with cough
• generalized allergic reactions (for example, overall sensation of heat with sudden general discomfort until fainting), swelling in the mouth; blisters of the skin; skin allergy; sore mouth (stomatitis)
• decrease in blood pressure
• confusion, hallucinations
• joint pain, muscular pain
• changes in taste of food
• liver problems such as Jaundice, hepatitis (an inflamed liver), traces of blood in your urine, damage to the nerves of your legs and arms (such as numbness), joint pain, memory loss and breast enlargement in men (gynaecomastia)
