WHAT IS TENEPRIDE 20MG?

TENEPRIDE 20MG contains Teneligliptin which belongs to antidiabetic medicines It works by inhibiting the activity of a certain enzyme known as DPP-4, an enzyme which is responsible for degrading incretins such as GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide 1), which are needed to control blood sugar.

It is used to lower increased blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetes

Direction for use:

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. The most common dosage is 20mg taken once each day Maximum daily dose is 40mg each day.

Tell your doctor if you are taking, medicines that can enhance the blood glucose lowering effect like blockers, MAO inhibitors medicines that attenuate the blood glucose lowering effect like steroids, thyroid hormones, etc.
